Our seaming rolls and chucks are manufactured from stainless tool steels. In order to increase the service life of the tolls they can be coated with special materials or even manufactured completely from hard metal or stellite.
Reprofiling of Seaming Rolls
A service which is more and more appreciated by our customers to lower their costs for seaming tools. A cost reduction of up to 80% is possible by re-profiling used seaming rolls. Seaming rolls often wear only on the profile contur. Due to the high cost of the material used for seaming rolls re-profiling is economic. Please ask us for more details.
