On request we help our customers with the complete planning of their new can processing lines or the layout for their newly purchased used processing lines. The integration of machines purchsed from us into the existing equipment in the customer´s factory also belongs to our service programme.

Consulting and Training

Our objectives are the same as yours - improvement of your operations. The scope of our services is as follows:

• Consulting in case of problems with can seamers - we are independent from seamer and can manufacturers
• Training for new production personnel on maintenance and operations
• Assistence in the development of quality control systems , such as
  • customer specific quality protocols
  • quality-checklists

Modernization and Optimization

You do not necessarily have to buy a new can processing line as soon as the existing one does not comply with the latest requirements anymore. We help you modernize your plant with the following services:

• analysis and optimization of existing machinery
• provide retrofit list to further improve performance
• increase performance by retrofitting / rebuilding existing equipment
• manufacture and/or procurement of required replacement parts, installation and commissioning
• training of production personnel

Manufacture of Special Machinery

Our programme comprises also the adaptation of can seamers to suit special customer requirements.

• Automatic seam tightness monitor systems

Our Depalletizers can be delivered semi or fully automatic. We also offer the upgrade and automation of existing depalletizers. The machines incorporate modern and, wherever possible, maintenance free components and require only a minimum of service and maintenance. In view of the wide range of sophistication of available depalletizer configurations, a special dedicated service manual is compiled for each individual machine on leaving the factory.
